Brodie Frequent Friends Loyalty App
Welcome to the Brodie Frequent Friends (BFF) Loyalty App. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Joining the Loyalty Program
- You can join the BFF Loyalty Program by downloading the Brodie Frequent Friends App from Google Play or the Apple Store.
- Membership is free, and is available to customers aged 16 and over.
2. Using the App
- Each time you shop with us, scan your BFF Card on the app at the till to collect stamps, redeem rewards, or access offers.
- All offers, discounts, and rewards are valid in-store only.
- To redeem any reward or voucher, simply present the barcode on your App at the till point.
3. Exclusive App Member Benefits
As a Frequent Friend, you will receive:
- Exclusive Offers & Discounts – available only to App users.
- Hot Drink Reward – buy 8 hot drinks and get your 9th hot drink free (stamp awarded per purchase when App is scanned - Excludes Luxury Hot Chocolate).
- Birthday Treat – enjoy a special treat on your birthday (details may vary).
- Digital Receipts – all your in-store receipts are stored in one place on the App for easy access.
4. *Brodie Frequent Friends Reward (BFF Reward)
- When you spend £50 or more in a single in-store transaction, you will receive one stamp on your App (a maximum of one stamp can be earned in a day)
- Collect 5 stamps within a 10-month period to receive a £5 voucher to spend in store.
- There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can earn and redeem.
- Each voucher has a 3 month expiry date
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. General Terms
- The Loyalty Program is for personal use only and cannot be used for business or resale purposes.
- Rewards, offers, and discounts may vary and are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw rewards, offers, or the Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice.
- The App must be presented and scanned at the time of purchase to collect stamps or redeem rewards. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively.
6. Data & Privacy
- By using the App, you agree to us collecting and storing your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Your data will only be used for administering the Loyalty Program and sending you exclusive offers and updates.
