Brodie Countryfare App Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Brodie Countryfare App (“BrodieCF” App) is open to individuals aged 16 or over. By registering, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Rewards

Points are awarded on qualifying purchases or activities as determined by BrodieCF.

BrodieCF reserves the right to change the rate at which points are earned at any time.

3. Redeeming Rewards & Discounts

Points may be used for rewards/discounts only determined by Brodie Countryfare.

Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Expired or unused points may be removed at Brodie Countryfare's discretion.

4. Account Termination

BrodieCF may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

Members may cancel their account at any time by contacting us on the BrodieCF App or by emailing enquiries@brodiecountryfare.com (Please see Brodie Countryfare App page for more information on how to delete your account)

5. Changes to the Program

Brodie Countryfare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Program (including these Terms & Conditions) at any time without prior notice.

6. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Brodie Countryfare Privacy Policy.

7. In-Store & Online

Please note that the BrodieCF app is intended for in-store use only. All offers and rewards available through the app can be redeemed exclusively in-store. Additionally, loyalty points may only be earned during in-store transactions.
