Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing the order (orders placed on Friday or Saturday will take slightly longer).

Standard UK Delivery

UK standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95

Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days. Please check our product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products.

Next Day UK delivery

UK priority next day delivery is a flat rate of £7.95

Delivery is guaranteed the next working day to a UK mainland address, for orders placed before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following day. Next day deliveries can only be made where you are able to provide the full postcode of the delivery address.

• For large items, we do reserve the right to alter these charges. However, we will confirm charges prior to dispatch should they be different from the above.
• We are currently unable to dispatch orders online to addresses outwith the UK. However, we would be happy to quote a price for a worldwide delivery service. Please send an e-mail to us at enquiries@brodiecountryfare.com with the delivery address and ask for a quote.

Despatch

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing your order. However, orders cannot be despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Scottish Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received from 1pm on a Friday until midnight on a Sunday will be despatched the following Monday (Tuesday for Scottish Bank Holiday weekends).

It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the shortest time possible but we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred while in transit.

Hampers

UK mainland delivery of hampers is charged at £7.50 per hamper

Delivery is normally within 2-5 working days (subject to availability). If you require a hamper to be delivered to any of the Scottish islands or Northern Ireland please contact us:

Please note that due to the fact that hampers are made to order we are unable to offer an online next day delivery service. If you require next day delivery please e-mail or call (as above).

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return goods bought from us we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in an unused, re-saleable condition.

Returns can be made at any time within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order.

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.

Please note that food hampers or other perishable goods cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
