One of our most deliciously decadent truffles! Each Billionaire’s Truffle is enrobed in Fine Milk Chocolate with a Milk Chocolate, Biscuit and Sea Salt Caramel centre and decorated with coated Biscuit Pieces and Dark Chocolate piping. Out of this world!
Ingredients - Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel (22%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, palm kernel oil & palm oil (from a sustainable source), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt (0.4%)), milk chocolate with caramel (whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, caramelised sugar, cocoa mass, sugar, natural flavouring), sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), biscuit pieces (WHEAT flour, sugar, WHEAT malt flour, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), starch (WHEAT), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, natural vanilla flavouring), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), paprika extract), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)), biscuit pieces (sugar, WHEAT flour, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, MILK protein, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt).
Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum
